iyisimi is an app for discovering places and activities and contributing to the community. By using the app you accept these terms. The service is provided by Onur Arda Buldağ.
1. The service
Place information comes from users’ contributions and from OpenStreetMap. We try to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that details such as opening hours, addresses or prices are up to date; check with the place when it matters.
We have no partnership with the places and businesses in the app. Anything arising from your visit to a place is between you and that place.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Use a real email address and do not share your password.
- Do not create more than one account to influence ratings.
- You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete my account.
3. Premium and ads
- The free version shows ads. Premium unlocks the smart search bar at the bottom and removes ads.
- Premium is a subscription bought through Google Play. The price and period are shown on the purchase screen.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds go through Google Play under its rules; after cancelling, Premium lasts until the end of the period.
- We may change Premium features with notice; we will not reduce what you paid for in the current period.
4. Your contributions and reviews
You are responsible for the information you add and the reviews you write. Reviews must reflect your own experience.
You give us a free, perpetual, worldwide licence to show your contributions in the app and when presenting the service. When you delete your account, your reviews are deleted; places you added stay as community records.
5. Not allowed
- Fake reviews, reviews of your own business or a competitor, reviews written for money, discounts or gifts.
- Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, obscenity.
- Sharing other people’s personal data (such as phone numbers, addresses or photos).
- Adding places that do not exist or are misleading, or knowingly adding the same place again.
- Advertising, spam, content that infringes someone else’s copyright.
- Scraping the app with automated tools or trying to get around its security.
6. Businesses
Businesses cannot edit, hide or delete independent reviews and cannot buy rankings. If sponsored content is added in the future, it will be clearly labelled “sponsored” and will not affect organic results.
7. Moderation
We may remove content that breaks these terms, hold it while it is reviewed, and suspend accounts for repeated violations. Administrative actions are recorded. To appeal a decision, write to destek@iyisimi.app.
8. Intellectual property and map data
The app’s design and software belong to us. Part of the map and place data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from user content, errors in place information or interruptions of the service. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we update the date above and announce important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
