Delete your account
You can delete your iyisimi account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to the app with your account.
- Open Settings at the top right.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
If you cannot open the app
Send an email with the subject “Delete account” to destek@iyisimi.app from the address registered to your account. After confirming it is you, we delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (display name and photo), your email address, your reviews, your favorites, your open reports and your business claims with their documents. Your reviews are also removed from rating averages.
What stays
- Places you added stay, because others use them too, but they are no longer linked to you.
- The record of administrative actions keeps only a number that cannot be linked to you (36 months).
- Deleted data leaves the backups within 7 days.
